In a business that is striving to build a Process Led Operating Model (PLOM) with 42 significant processes and introduce the PuMP Methodology, how many Results Maps would you expect to create?
Would you use PuMP extensively, or focus on a Corporate high level map to drive CI to begin with?

I know nothing about PLOM’s, but in general it makes sense to pick the low hanging fruit for the PuMP Pilot. Then I guess from there, build out more results maps in order of strategic importance. The “number of results maps built out” is less important than how much “benefit each results map delivers once it goes through all the steps”.

Since completing the Hard To Measure Teams training (see under “More” on tool bar), I believe that a Results Map is a very important visual, especially to show a link to Corporate Objectives. However, as you indicate the most important thing to focus on the benefit of Measuring the right thing to help CI deliver what’s most important to our customers.
