Implementing PuMP Within Municipal Government?

We are considering using PuMP at a Canadian Municipality. I’m wondering if there are others out there who have used PuMP in a municipal setting (doesn’t have to be Canadian) and are willing to share your experiences. If so, please let me know.

I am also with a Canadian municipality and we are planning to implement PuMP. Did your municipality end up implementing PuMP? I’d love to connect on what worked well and what didn’t work well.

I’ve also been asked by my municipality to find examples of ‘good performance measurement’ from other municipalities. Our leadership is having a hard time seeing what meaningful measurement could look like.
