I am also with a Canadian municipality and we are planning to implement PuMP. Did your municipality end up implementing PuMP? I’d love to connect on what worked well and what didn’t work well.
I’ve also been asked by my municipality to find examples of ‘good performance measurement’ from other municipalities. Our leadership is having a hard time seeing what meaningful measurement could look like.
