Well attempt #2 is complete or as complete as it will get. I had a few glitches in my carefully laid out 8 week plan which required me to adjust my game plan. Hi Stacey … I finally got a chance to update my PuMP Pilot progress. You will note that I have completed Steps 2 through 4, but skipped Step 1. Hi Janet, I too am from Calgary Alberta. I was introduced to PuMP about 4 years ago now and like you really appreciated the practicality of the process. I find the Measure Up Newsletter to provide timely tips and ideas to help me develop and facilitate branch planning and performance reporting.
Excellent progress, Joscelyn! Thanks for sharing it here with us. It’s always great to see the different approaches people take to their PuMP Pilots. There isn’t one correct way! The best way is the one that keeps momentum and builds engagement.
